Flexible robot packaging and palletizing solution for various frozen pastries, this solution is suitable for flexible packaging and palletizing of frozen rice and noodle products, marinated meat, crispy intestines, sausages, frozen meat products, frozen seafood products, etc.
A total of 4 flexible robot manufacturing units and 2 standard flexible manufacturing units were used in this project. Save 9 manual laborers per shift, 2 shifts per day, with a production capacity of 4200 packages per hour.
